Coba Academy students are excited to be introduced to a new hair cutting system by European hair champion Raphael Perrier. The award winning hairstylist Raphael Perrier has been part of the haute coiffure scene for 15 years. His cutting technique is now an integral part of the education at Coba Academy. Our students will be prepared to pass the California State Board exam to become a licensed Cosmetologist and also have additional skills to be more competitive when seeking employment.
